Feeling Down And Out

When you're feeling down and out and not sure about yourself get up an take a long look in the mirror and say to yourself; I will not allow myself to endore this feeling for i am a strong individual and this feeling too shall pass. For i am a better person than this an i will not allow this madness to effect my mental state or well-being.
